Running a business or leading a team with ADHD can feel like juggling a thousand thoughts at once yet still forgetting the one thing you really needed to remember. I get it. You're not lazy, disorganised, or unmotivated. Your brain just works differently, and that’s not a bad thing, it just needs the right support.

In our 1:1 coaching sessions, we’ll work together to build strategies that actually work for you. Whether you struggle with focus, planning, time blindness, or decision fatigue, I’ll help you find ways to reduce overwhelm, feel more in control, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

You’ll also be invited to a weekly body double session where you can implement the strategies learnt.

  • Building systems to help you stay on top of tasks, meetings, and even personal stuff like birthdays or appointments
